DELIVERY DETAILS

A few particulars for those new to our ways — how, when, and where your cultured provisions shall arrive.

Service Area

• We currently deliver to Milton Keynes, Rushden, Wellingborough and neighbouring surrounds.
• Expansion — like fermentation — takes time; more locales to follow.

Delivery Days

• Each location enjoys its own dedicated delivery days to ensure peak freshness.
• When placing your order, the available delivery dates for your area will appear at checkout.
• To stay abreast of new routes and seasonal additions, do keep an eye on our social channels.

Milton Keynes Households

• Deliveries are made between 5pm–7pm.
• For those who share our office quarters, a discreet desk drop-off may be arranged on the day itself.

All Other Households

• Our carriage calls between 7am–9am.
• If your household appears still at slumber, your sourdough shall be left quietly and with care, ready to greet you upon waking.

Delivery Only (for now)

• All orders are delivered by default; we do not currently offer collection.
• Should you wish to make special arrangements, you’re welcome to note this during checkout and we shall do our best to oblige.

A Gentle Word on the Elements

• On rare occasions, weather, traffic, or the whims of fermentation may intervene.
• We always endeavour to deliver as scheduled; your patience (and perhaps a cup of tea) is appreciated.
